This confirms that the identification document belongs to the person completing the submission. No additional personal information should appear on the handwritten note.

Privacy & Document Retention

Your identification documents and verification photographs are collected solely to confirm your age and identity during the application review process.

Once a final decision has been made, all uploaded identification documents and verification photographs will be permanently deleted from our records, regardless of whether your application is approved or declined.
